Question Logitech Z333 speakers won't play sound until I increase the volume ?

I'm having an issue with my Logitech Z333 2.1 speaker system - when I turn on the computer no sounds will be played at all, only after I increase the volume from the tray do I start hearing the sound. In addition to that, sometimes speakers will just stop working and they will come back after a few minutes.

Note this happened on a previous computer as well (same speakers) which was AMD based (can't remember the exact configuration). The current config is:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700K 32GB DDR5
Prime z690-P
NVIDIA RTX 3070

Win 11 and all drivers are updated.
