Logitech z506 problems

Hello,
I have a set of logitech z506 speakers and the center channel and rear channels are not playing any soun i was wondering if you had any idea what the problem could be, they are all properly plugged to the subswooferand i just don't know what to do please help.

Were they working before???
If they were and now aren't then they are kaput.
Another possibility might be that you have not used surround sound content... most music is in stereo... try playing a dvd movie with surround sound...it should work...also check that you have turned on the 5.1 configuration in your audio setup on windows or whichever OS you are using.
