Question Logitech z623 Doesn't work

Hi there, my current Logitech z623 speakers turn on a make a random sound sometimes a screeching, clicking or white noise. When I max the speakers out they end up working, but if lower the volume a bit they go back to the random sounds. If left on max volume and destroying my ears, they magically start to work even if the volume is lowered or speakers are turned off. But that only lasts a day before they start doing the same thing again. I have a video but don't know how to post it.
