I have had some experience with Logitech. My brother asked for a PS/2 to serial converter piece; it was sent free of charges! Great, isn't it?
 
I doubt they need tech support, I haven't heard of a single person needing any help with their products, they work right and they keep working. Beats the M$ keyboard that crapped out on me when I spilled one measly bottle of water on it, just for the fun of it I then submerged my Logi mouse in Tang to see how much better it was. Still working (although the mouse ball needed some cleaning).
