My PC is currently setup with 3 different users with no passwords needed.

How would I change that so a password is needed to logon to XP.

I don't think admin is setup eithre.

Go to User Accounts in Control Panel.
Select a user and you will see the password option.

Go to Start > Run
Type in
control userpasswords2
press enter
All the users will come up.
