LOL client lagging so much after first game on high end PC

Hello Community,

I've been playing League for long time.
Of course, I had many PCs over the years by upgrading time to time.

It is so weird that I can't really seem to know the reason for my lol client lagging so much like I am using a Pentium 3 CPU or something.

Here's what happens.
When I start my PC, there are no unnecessary programs running on background.
Nvidia, Razer Synapse and Cortex. that's it.

Then I launch LOL and it is fast like it was supposed to.
EVERY first game of the day, I get out of the game waiting for results, it happens.

It doesn't happen when I first launch the game but every first game I finish it starts all the way though the night.

It lags I can't even ban a champion in time so few times I had been dodged.

My rig:

Sabertooth Z77
i7-3770
MSI GTX 1080 gaming x
Samsung SSD 850 500GB
DDR3 Trident 8gb x 2
EVGA 850 G2 gold

By the way, my other games are fine at least for now. PUBG, ring of elysium, etc they are flawless.

If any suggestions, please let me know.
I am willing to try anything. software are up to date.

Have you tried reinstalling the game? Whats your cpu usage in game?
