Long Boot-up Time (Black Screen with flashing underscore)

I recently built my first custom computer http:// and got everything installed correctly and got the OS installed. But, I am still having one problem. Every time I boot up the computer, it goes to the MSI screen, and then to a black screen with a flashing underscore bar for about 15 seconds, and then the underscore moves down a line as if I pressed the "enter" button on the keyboard for about 5 seconds, and then finally boots up the Windows 10 OS. Was wondering if there is any fix to this because it's kinda getting annoying that it takes almost 30 seconds to boot up with the parts that I am running. I do have fast boot turned on, but I don't think that would be causing it though.

Ya that is it. The legacy+UEFI thing makes it basically initialize twice once in legacy once in UEFI. You would have had to install in straight UEFI mode to be able...

I turned it off and it did make it faster, however that black screen with the flashing cursor still shows up for a few seconds. I did notice though that Legacy+UEFI mode was on, so I tried turning it to only UEFI, but then my SSD doesnt show up in the BIOS. so I kept it at Legacy+UEFI, I think this is most likely the cause of it. Here is the link to the parts list of the computer: http://pcpartpicker.com/b/s7QV3C

check your boot settings in bios, there are boot priority options, make sure your bios is booting from your ssd first rather than last out of all your usb and cd ports

Hello, here is a really easy solution if you still haven't found one. Go into bios and select boot options. Where it says "Legacy + UEFI" change that, and all the other settings to "UEFI ONLY". That should completely solve your issue!
