i just built my budget pc and it takes forever to load games and loading windows. my spec:

intel g4560
gtx1050ti
8gb ram
1tb wd blue hdd

the thing is, my brother have the exact spec except his i3 6100 and he load things like three times faster (same graphics settings in game). why mine so slow? any ideas?

Your brother's computer is doing far better (although probably still bottlenecking somewhat, that i3 isn't really powerful enough for even a 1050Ti) because his i3 6100 is 0.5GHz faster per core and has twice as many cores as yours.

Simplest answer is, you went too "budget" on your build.

so it's my cpu then? but i'm sure both i3 6100 and g4560 are 2 cores 4 threads cpus so i don't understand the "twice as many cores" part

Carnaxux didn't answer correctly. The i3-6100 came out before the G4560 and when the released the G4560, they killed the i3.
The difference is 0.2Ghz more on the i3-6100, but that's not what matters most when loading.
Here's a comparison between i3-6100 and G4560: http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Pentium-G4560-vs-Intel-Core-i3-6100/3892vs3511
What matters is the speed of your storage, if your brother has an SSD in his PC, that's why his build is faster.

we have the same wd blue 1tb 7200rpm. the cpu is the only difference. i tested both hdd speed and they're about the same speed with less than 1mbps difference and i don't think that's the problem with the loading speed. any other ideas? i can't find anything on google
