Hi,
When turning on my PC from shutdown it will take time to post. I've noticed CPU then VGA ez debug led was on, after almost a minute CPU debug led will again turn on then the VGA, this time it does boot normally. It only happens when PC is from shut down state, but when restarting, it does boot normally.
UPDATE: Everything's fine if I turn off PSU switch
MOBO: B450m mortar (with latest bios)
CPU: Ryzen 53600
RAM: Patriot viper 3000mhz
GPU: Zotac GTX1060 AMP! 6gb
PSU: Seasonic M12ii 620w 80+ bronze
