Long range drone build ( HAM radio with DMR )

Just to state that I do know have a large knowledge on this topic.

Here is what I am trying to accomplish.
Using DMR signal to be sent to the drone on one signal and video on the second DMR channel.

I am trying to find hardware to use for this and how to send the signals originating from a computer to the drone with hopefully a RasBarry pie.

If this is in the US, you are aware that drones, more accurately quadrotor RC aircraft, must be flown within your visual line of sight.

yes I know this I just want to do this as an alternative to the traditional why of controlling drones. I am about to get my technicians license for HAM radio,

Then why the "Long range" qualifier in the title?
