Hello,

We have a second house that serves for vacation only and we have wifi spots at 1800 meters and 2000 meters and was wondering if it is possible to get the signal?

Here is a picture of the location with the wifi spots and the house: http://postimg.org/image/6k6fnpeyn/

I have an old 65cm dish that I can use for building a long range dish antenne..

Solution
You likely are wasting your time tying to build your equipment. The cost of the antenna and radios is so low it tends to be actually cheaper to just but a commercial solution. Things like ubiquiti airgrid are outdoor grid antenna that have wireless bridging equipment built in. There are many physically smaller units both from ubiquiti and engenious.

In any case your largest issue no matter how you get your radios is clear line of site and distance above the ground. You can not have anything in the way especially when you are going these distances. Next you need to be well above the ground on both ends to avoid the ground eating the signal. This is called fresnel zone. You need to be in the 6-8 meter on each end...
