Long rgb strip that can be controlled by software?

Hi,

My option right now is hue+ but it looks like the strips are short. I want to extend it at the back of my table and still can be controlled by the software. Is there any alternative to it?

Most of the other RGB led implementations use a Remote for controls, so i am not sure if you can find alternative to that.
Altho remote isn't that bad is it ?
Nzxt has a lightning extension kit.

Just to point out, that NZXT Huge+ has limitation of 40leds per channel, have this in mind.
Im not sure, what do you want to light up, your case or your desk ?

The only longer kits I can think of are hardware based with a remote. There's kits with cut to size led strips that span a little over 16ft (5m) but can be trimmed shorter. The strips that come with the hue+ are much shorter intended for case lighting, they're 300mm (roughly 11.8" long). There are extension cables but those are the power wires, not the led strips themselves.
