Hello,
I have an issue with my graphics card that I have been mentioning on forums for years, but I still haven't found a solution. The problem is shown in the screenshots below.
This issue is not limited to just distorting the weapon's appearance in FPS games — it can also affect other objects in the game, such as a glass, a chair, or any other item (it doesn't matter what it is). Sometimes a tiny glass can appear so large that it covers almost the entire map. This makes the games unplayable

Damaged graphics card. Get a new one.

First you can try lowering gpu power target in MSI afterburner and see, if that gives any improvement.
Also monitor gpu temperature.

If lowering power target doesn't improve anything, then damage is permanent.
Replace graphics card.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(intel, AMD and Nvidia) in Safe Mode, then manually install the latest GPU driver sourced from Nvidia's support site, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator(assuming you're on Windows OS).

Can you use GPU-Z and then pass on a screenshot of what you see? Please host your images on a site akin to Imgur and pass on a link in this thread. If you're on Windows OS, do you see an error 43 in Device Manager flagged for your GPU?

Even after changing the GPU power settings, my issue still wasn't resolved. In fact, for years I had the voltage setting at 0 as shown in the attached image. Two days ago, I thought maybe increasing it to +100 might fix the problem, but it didn’t make any difference.
I'm not experiencing any issues with FPS in games, and the temperature values are completely normal.
Are we sure that the problem is actually caused by the graphics card?

My graphics card drivers and BIOS version are up to date. Also, I formatted my computer 4 days ago.
This issue has been ongoing since the first months I got the computer, but back then I was too young to think about sending it for warranty or to an authorized service.
