Long term pc build/ first build

I'm looking to build a gaming PC that will last a 4-5 years without up grading.

I'm mostly going to be playing games on it, mostly mmorpg and Real-time strategy like starcraft and future releases.

I'm going to be playing in 1080HD. I selected the i7 over i5 because in a few years games might be using i7 hyperthreading more then now. The only thing I'm thinking of changing is the motherboard. Opinions and tips wanted.

Should be fine, though we can never tell how damanding future games are going to be, but I would say a gtx 1070 should last you 4 years on 1080p. I bought mine for the same thing, to last it 4 years.

Yes no issues here. It will definitely last you a long time.
