[SOLVED] Long-term PC Issues

I rebuilt my PC last June after my old pc couldn't keep up with Overwatch and had inconsistent frames making my 144hz Monitor useless. I have no idea how to configure new builds so I enlisted friends to help me try to solve my issue. I've been through 5+ people and have exhausted my options.

My Build:

Benchmark with XMP Profile 1 (Ram Speed at 3600):

I'm not sure what I need to change but when I run my ram at 3600hz it runs worse than 3200hz. So I played with it capped at 3200hz for a while. 3200hz is fine (I'd prefer the higher speed I bought) but I still get inconsistent frame rate in OW. It starts out okay around 280-300 fps but slowly gets worse after a game or 2. The feeling I get is when you have your monitor on the wrong refresh rate and you don't know why it looks bad. I know it isn't a refresh rate setting because the game is smooth at first(Sometimes) but the quality goes down. In team fights the frames don't stabilize so I think it has to do with the weird "refresh rate" feeling. Going up and down. Any help is appreciated. If you'd need me to provide more info such as a benchmark with the 3200hz locked or another benchmark I can do so too.

I didn't see a level anywhere but I did update the BIOS also it still shows it running at 2133. I didn't see a level in the M-Flash menu or the area that shows the BIO version in the middle.

OK that looks like the proper bios just based on date.

After you updated the bios it may have set everything back to default.

Go back into the bios and enable xmp.

Reboot and check ram speed.

The first thing I would think of is heat building up since that case has rather bad airflow.

EDIT no XMP setting would lower it to 2133 that is the base setting before you enable XMP. If you set it to 3200 it should be running 3200. Unless after that you booted and if failed to boot a couple times and reset it to 2133.

I check my Bios and it is up to date
When I ran the benchmark at 3200hz it said 3200hz
The only thing different is the XMP setting I changed
Could the XMP setting limiting it to 2133hz?
Just enable xmp don't manually adjust ram speed.

What bios level do you have?

Run UBM again like this.

Reboot.
Wait a few mins.
Run UBM with the browser closed.
Post a LINK to the results page.

I have no idea how to check BIOS level. Before I saw this I tried setting the ram speed manually(To 3600hz) and got better results in the benchmark.

That looks better now the ram is running proper speed.

How do you know your bios is up to date if you don't know how to check it?

Look around in the bios somewhere it will show the level.

I played a game mode that has a lot going on and it seems to be far more stable than it was. My frames drop but not to the extent of what it used to be. In this short testing it seems to be a decent improvement. I get 300(capped) while idle in game and in fights its 230-280
Should I consider OCing my CPU or anything else to get better performance?

I also want to say thank you for your help. Months of issues are resolving in our short interaction.

Don't OC.....pandora's box.

Looks like there may be a newer driver for the gpu perhaps check that.

Your using almost 5GB of ram at startup.
Is all that stuff needed?
