long term use laptop

i have 2 laptops in mind..one is asus g751jt nd other is a sager np8278 both hv same specs wid gtx 970m....which one is good for long term use , like 3 years or so?

The GTX970m is a new card, so no one has three year's experience. Asus and Sager both make good robust products. I would expect the Sager to be significantly cheaper if the configuration is the same. The Asus is probably a little 'tougher'.

I was in a similar position to you and did the analysis and decided that the Sager NP8287-S was the best value solution for me (I keep my laptops for about six years) for a lap top.

In the end, however, I decided to spend $1000 on a DIY GP/Gaming desktop better than the NP8278-S, and $350 on a work laptop.

i move alot..student..so cant have a pc..but yeah i wanted to ask tougher wise..which would be more resilient to heat and dust so it may not give up in one year

I move a lot too. I'm a teacher I'm probably more careful and have customized my bag with bubblewrap.

If robustness is your main concern, then I'd go with Asus, but not by much. What's the price difference?

100 dollars.. price doesnt matter its actually being new to these two companies....but i think u made my mind with asus..it is betr lukng too 😀
