■ When I turn on/restart my PC it takes 28 sec before BIOS screen pops up.
UPD: 25 sec to BIOS yet.
I have MSI B350-VDH mb, Win 10 1703 build, 2x8 RAM (100% properly installed in dual mode).
When PC starts, CPU fan lights up for a while -> turns off for a while -> lights up and BIOS appears
Boot device is <UEFI here my HDD name>.
Drivers are up-to-date, BIOS too.
I think, HDD is ok, because previous system on H81M-P33, Win 7 was fine.

Solution
ok, the pc starts, then resets and then start indicates problem with bios.

Reset the cmos by turning off the pc and then taking out the battery on the motherboard. Wait for 1 minute and then place it back on the motherboard. See if it fixes things.
See, if a bios update is available on MSI website. If yes download and flash it.
Check with one RAM in a different slot. Check each ram and ram slots to see if they are working properly or not.

My RAM didn't started at 3200, so I was at 2133 and 2400 now - it's OK. But BIOS still slow.
