My OS is taking long time periods to shutdown even if I kill every program myself it still preparing for shutdown for like 1 - 1.45 mins. It is installed on a SSD an still. Other thing is that at startup after the logon, the WiFi will not work until 30 - 45 secs after (don't know what is causing this).

My system specs are:
• CPU: AMD0 Ryzen 1800X
• RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB)
• GPU: GTX 980 Ti SLI (Gigabyte Windforce/EVGA SC)
• PSU: EVGA GQ 650W
• OS: Windows 7 x64
• HDD x2: 1tb each one
• SSD x2: WC 250 GB / Kingston 120 GB (OS installed)
• WiFi Adapter: TPLink PCI WN781ND
