OK so i decided to evolve from a old mobo lga 775 and a e5700 prcoessor with iGPU with crappy mouse mouse pad and no headphones to new components
What u think of these Down Below

Or should i not get that psu at all and just get a local 500watt psu and get better graphic card + no mouse mouse pad and headphones :O?

maybe id rather get a 30 $ psu abt 500 watt on local store that is equal to a 400wat of any real psu company and Just get a gtx 750 Fx 6300 + gtx 750 + 30$ psu + 70 dollar board = 30 dollar remaining 😀 maybe get a better cpu fan so i can overclock 😀 ???
i can get gtx 750 for 110 dollars and fx 6300 110 WHEN they are on sale

The power supply you linked has a paltry 264W on the 12V rail, I wouldn't plug a CPU and GPU into this, ever, liable to catch fire. This is more like a 280W supply in modern terms. Computers don't need anywhere near that much 5V anymore.

Dollars or pounds? I assumed UK since your newegg links were for that region.

If it is dollars it comes out to $319 for the same parts I listed.

XFX power supplies are the best ones in the lower price range especially if you are looking to add an aftermarket CPU cooler to overclock since overclocking puts additional strain on the power supply and the XFX are made by seasonic and have better capacitors to better handle overclocking.

I am spoiled by XFX sales and rebates so I can't understand the pricing difference but it is a much better power supply just make sure that you register for the 5 year warranty since XFX only comes with a standard 3 year warranty unless if you register on their website as a consumer/end-user in Europe.
