A good option for a second at home tabletop desktop; needing mobility. And a. good price.

For that price you can build a small form factor PC that will have more power and you can choose the monitor... A monitor that you can put on a freeform stand and make it look any direction you want.

And that comment on the mobility? At the office we have AIO HPs, but we don't take them with us when we're on the road. They hardly more. And if they move, it's because of general reshuffling and the gains of the form factor net null. There are laptops for that.
