Question Looking 165hz Gaming monitior

Hi all Im looking for a 165hz gaming monitor around 100-200 pounds even under 100 pounds .24 inch or 27inch 1920x1080 .there are alot of brands which to me arnt familiar so please any recommendations would be great.
