I am looking to buy one of them and wanted to know what is the best one? What is better ASUS ROG Matrix GeForce RTX 2080 Ti or t he EVGA FTW3 Ultra Gaming GeForce RTX 2080 Ti

No I don’t but i am thinking about building a new computer and if I do I will get a Asus board.

The CLC is just another point of potential failure. The pump could go bad, the fluid could dry up (or leak out!!).

I have an AIO on my CPU, but I'm over it. Their only attraction is if they allow you to significantly increase fin surface area compared to air cooling. Regardless of the type, you're still just blowing air over some aluminum/copper fins to pull heat out of the system.
