Looking at Digital Storm...should I go with Windows 7 or 8?

Hey guys,

So I have decided to consider Digital Storm for my next PC purchase and while configuring their computers to do price comparisons, I noticed that some of them are configured with Windows 7 while others are configured with Windows 8.

I will be doing a lot of graphics and animation work in Adobe After Effects and Sony Vegas as well as some work in Photoshop.

Which one do you think is better: Windows 7 or 8?

Also, do you recommend Digital Storm? Are they reliable?

81. is better for game performance. It is also lighter and faster than 7.

I MUCH prefer 8.1. Sure it takes a minute to get used to but after you use it, you will be happy you chose 8.1.

In 2015 Microsoft will cut 50% of 7 support and drop alot of the update support. It is a dying OS.

Get 8.1.

Thanks for the advice and I am now definitely considering 8.1 more seriously.

Btw, do you think Digital Storm is a reliable company? Anyone here use Digital Storm?

They are reliable. I doubt you will find anyone here he uses them. Most people here build their own computers.

From what I have heard, although overpriced, they are better than Cyberpower and the like.
