Looking at many choices for new PC

I'm new to this stuff so sorry if this is an obvious answer. I have a few options I found.

Can these play Minecraft on high settings.

Can they also play twitch livestreams/watch multiple streams at once/Watch youtube videos in highest quality.

Minecraft is all about the CPU. So you want the one with the i5 3330 or the unspecified i5 3.10- 3.4ghz. Assuming that second one is not really old, that's the final choice since it includes a 1050.

8GB DDR3 1333 MHz RAM

Nvidia GTX 1050 2GB Graphics.

Also extra question if you can answer it, Will this allow me to watch Youtube and Twitch livestreams/watch multiple streams at once in the highest quality like 108060 for youtube(If you know what twitch is.If not I'll try to find an answer since I'm new to all this and know nothing😛)
