Looking at the i5 6500, would the 6600 be worth the extra $20-30?

Title. I plan to play games ranging from WoW/League to things like Fo4 and the like while having pandora/youtube running.

The rest of my build looks like this:

MSI H170 gaming pro
GTX 970 4gb
8 gb ddr4 2133
212 evo
Supernova G2 650
Seagate Barracuda 1TB
2x H226HQL bid
ASUS DRW disk drive
Thermaltake Commander MS/I white
Coolermaster Sickleflow 120mm

I'd grab the 6500 and a Z170 motherboard as they'll overclock relatively the same.

What if I already have the h170 and I do not plan on overclocking?

The 6500 is nominal 3200mhz and turbos to 3600mhz, whereas the 6600 is 3300mhz nominal and turbos to 3.9

It'd probably be worth $20 or so extra
