I'm looking (desperately) for a Dell Latitude D430 touchpad driver working under Windows 7 32 bits...
If anyone knows, it will be deeply appreciated...

Thank you but these files are only for Windows XP, 2000, or Vista. I saw that Latitude D430 isn't supported by Dell under Windows 7.

You don't absolutely need drivers for the touchpad, Windows will detect and use it as a generic mouse, either USB or PS/2 depending on the hardware.

Try the Windows Vista drivers. I used to have Windows Vista Graphics drivers because I didn't realise that there was support for Windows 7 and installed them. Worked perfectly. Try the Windows Vista and if it doesn't work, you can just uninstall the drivers.
