Looking for 1000$ build advice

Doing my first build, Will this setup let me play most games on ultra?
Would their be any benefit to using an i7-3770 vs the i5 3570k?

CPU: i5 3570k
GPU: EVEGA GTX 660 2gb
MOBO:Asus P8Z77-V LX
Memory: Corsair Vengeance CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B 2 x 4gb
Case: Corsair Carbide Series-300R
Storage: Seagate ST500DM002 Barracuda 3.5 500gb
PSU: Ultra LSP750 750-Watt Power Supply
SSD: undecided?

Power supply wise. your gonna want to go with a more respectable brand. I would roll with Corsair, Seasonic, silverstone. Your gonna need atleast 600w and your going to need a 80+ Bronze or better. The 80+ is how efficient the power supply is at providing power its goes from Bronze, silver, gold, plat.

IMO The Ultra power supply is a fire hazard waiting to happen.

You should probably use low profile RAM and a CPU cooler, such as these:

And you may want to switch the PSU to an Antec, Corsair, or SeaSonic. I haven't heard of Ultra before, and that always makes me twitchy as far as power supplies are concerned.
