I'd rather not have to build one on my own btw. I'm not looking for something to fancy just something good enough to run the game 'Dragon Nest' smoothly and the odd steam game without having overheating issues. Also I was told to get one with an i7 at least with 16gb of ram if I want one that can run very fast, is that true?

What you have been told is wrong, you dont need more than a 15 and 8 gb of ram for gaming. Building your own is the best option, with prebuilt pcs you usually get lower quality ram, psu and mobos, the components dont mame sense in terms of being balance and you will overpay quit a bit for it. If you dont want to build it yourself try asking a friend whos done it before.
You dont really need a lot of power for dragons nest so you could easily go for something cheaper, but something like this will be able to play all the latest games at max\close to max settings
