Looking for 1080p <= 2ms monitor? Viewsonic perhaps?

I know viewsonic monitors were the best back in 2000s but i havent heard much about them lately. I currently own a DELLIN2030m monitor which is not a full hd monitor sadly which made me want to upgrade to 1080p. Is this a good monitor? Im also open to alternatives in similar price range

That monitor says 14ms response time, not 2ms.

Must be a typo on newegg, their official website says 5 ms, 2ms(gtg)..thanks for the replies but my question still remains unanswered, i really like the design on this viewsonic monitor, should i buy it? here are the official specs http://www.viewsonic.com/us/vx2263smhl-w.html

Really up to you. Personally, I wouldn't purchase a monitor with speakers (a complete waste in my opinion). Also, I'm not too keen on Viewsonic. I owned a 22" 1680x1050 display from them. Worked great for a few years and then developed a thin purple, vertical line (maybe 5 pixels across) about three inches from the right edge of the display that went from top to bottom.

This was my first time dealing with a warranty so maybe this is typical of all manufacturers. Viewsonic did everything they said they would do within the time frame they said they would do it. My monitor was fixed and returned to me. My issue was that they said it could take up to five weeks to repair and damn if they didn't use every last day to fix it!
