looking for 120hz monitor

i was looking for a 120 hz monitor which has maximum 5ms response time and costs maximum 120$ i want something good and cheap as well as hdmi or the dvi-d dual link i have a dvi-d dual link cable as well as a hdmi cable my cable is male so id prefer the monitor to have female

Sorry you can't get a 120hz monitor under that budget. The cheapest monitor you can hope for is Acer GN246HL which costs 200$ and gives 144hz refresh rate.
Also there are rarely any monitors giving 120hz refresh rate, most of them are 144hz Monitors
