Looking for 2 Motherboards

Hi everyone, I made a thread yesterday but I had no luck, perhaps it was the way I asked for it.
anyway I am looking for 2 motherboards (I'm going to build 2 PC's). both should have 7.1 ch audio, Micro atx or Mini itx form factor since I plan to use them as HTPC. But there is a catch... 1 board must be Gigabyte and the other should be Asus.

I'm still kind of new with the socket things so instead I will post the processor I will use.
For the gigabyte build I'll use an athlon II x2 CPU and for the Asus build I will use a Pentium Dual Core.
If possible the Asus mobo should have Nvidia integrated graphic card and the Gigabyte one should have a AMD/ATI one (not big deal but in my mind all has to be perfect... maybe I should see a doctor about that but anyways) both must have a PCIe 2.0 x16 slot

Budget: <80 (if possible)

Why it must be Gigabyte and the other should be Asus?

U don't have that many choices out there....


And I don't thing there is any 7.1 audio - for that u can get cheap $10 audio card.

I think is just because I like that way.
It's is important to have 7.1 because I plan to use a very small case, most mini itx Motherboards only have 1 PCIe slot and some micro atx have 2 but the cases I like only support 1. Also I don't like to see 3 audio jacks and below that another 6, maybe I'm asking too much but for me aesthetics is very important.
I know is not impossible since I have found exactly what I want but I can't seem to find it anymore. That's why I'm so picky about the motherboards, I have the hope 1 or both of the recommended boards are the same I found before.

Now I think my other thread didn't have a clear response not because the way I ask the things but what I ask for...
