Looking for 2TB External HDD with Real On-Off Switch

I am looking for a 2TB external Desk (AC power supply) HDD other than Fantom or WD that has a real on-off switch.

I had a couple Toshiba PH3200U-1E3S drives with a push button switch I liked a lot but I wore them out and don’t see that model anymore. They did not sleep! My WD has a press-and-hold switch that drove me nuts. The Fantom sleeps within 5 minutes and takes about 10 seconds to be ready when accessed.
