Looking for $400-$450 gaming pc w/monitor

I currently use a mac 27" 5k, i use bootcamp to run windows on it so it can run games faster. I mainly play fortnite on low and then epic view distance at 100 frames but its unconsistent. I am looking for a gaming rig that can get good frames and at a good consistency. Im also looking to play games like GTA, BO4, and other new titles. I dont care that much about video quality as long as it doesnt look like complete trash. Im also looking for a monitor to game on, I just want it to be really smooth and easy to use and preferably higher hz.

Any new pc in that price range will likely be just around the minimum requirements.

If you want a higher Hz monitor you're looking at $200-$300

If you want a gaming PC that can handle those games and not look like PS1 graphics and actually run, you would need to drop at least $600

For a monitor that can give a good Hz you should pay more than $400- $450

This is a good extreme-budget pc, slightly over budget. May not look as nice as the 27" mac but should run games much better.
