Looking for $600 desktop PC, I know nothing about computers

Looking to spend around $600 for computer. Looking to run only CSGO and chrome in background. $600 does not include monitor. I was thinking of getting a BENQ/Zowie monitor that can run 144 hz so I guess the pic should be able to meet that 144hz when playing csgo? I know nothing about computers. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If I can have them build it for an additional cost that would be nice too as I know nothing about computers and would not want to break it.
