I am looking for an 8-12 port POE silent switch with integrated PSU.

After doing some research I cam across 2 models:
1.) Zyxel GS1920-8HPv2 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07H9X72VR/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_9NZTCb1Z4HRGX
2.) Tripp Lite NG8POE https://www.amazon.com/Tripp-Lite-Ethernet-Rackmount-NG8POE/dp/B01N7HMLUJ
I did not consider the Unifi due to reported heat and reliability issues

Obviously, the Zyxel is managed, Tripp Lite is not. While many of my current switches are managed I I am not sure that I really need a managed switch. Most of the time I keep the defaults.

Are there others?
Will there be a performance difference between the 2?

I doubt any switch you can buy now days will slow traffic. Almost all equipment you find is considered non blocking and can run all ports at maximum speed up and down simultaneously.

There are some lower end 10g switches that do not pass traffic at full rates.

Read the fine print it will tell you the total bandwidth of the switch. You want 2 times the number of port in gbits/sec
