Hello Tom's Hardware!
Long time lurker, and tech enthusiast. Finally got around to making an account to get some insight from you wonderful people...

I've been using my trusty MSI R7950 Twin Frozr 3gb (the one on the 7970 PCB) (the good one :p) for about 2.5 years now, and I feel it's time for a minor GPU performance upgrade.

I don't usually overclock my GPU, so bare that in mind when making minor upgrade suggestions.

Computer Specs:
AMD FX-8320 octo-core @ 4.3 - oldschool Hyper 212 air cooler (not EVO)
EVGA 750watt PSU Bronze Cert
4x1TB Hard Drives (WD Blue)
8gb ddr3 @ 2000
MSI R7950 Twin Frozr 3gb (on a 7970 pcb)

So... GPU upgrade ideas?
Looking for good bang for my buck if possible <3

a r9 290 and 290x are the only bang for the buck cards two steps above the 7950..
as can see here http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html
these cards are two tiers above the 7950 ,, the others above cost alot more so i only mentioned the ones i think perform best for the money..

Good catch! I usually use Newegg myself, no idea why I didn't even bother to check lol.
