I want to build/buy a PC of the needs in the title. I also want a i7 processor, and also prefer the graphics cad to be Geforce. I like it to be in the 1000-1200 range could go a little higher too if needed. Thanks! Also want the computer for recording videos for youtube, editing them a bit, also want to play most games with Med-High graphics settings, also streaming and a bit of animation but not much.

GTX980Ti is slightly slower as GTX970 on SLI with quite a lot more RAM and free from multi-GPU issues.
If you can afford it, yes of course, GTX980Ti is definitely the better choice over GTX980.

If you are overbudget because of the GTX980Ti and want to reduce the cost a bit, you can consider the alternative using E3-1231V3 instead of i7 4790k to bring the cost a wee bit down.
If you really want to take E3-1231V3 over i7 4790k, just remember that you must take compromises on E3-1231V3 like no-OC, slightly less stock clocking and no iGPU compared to i7 4790k.
If you do not plan to OC and do not need the iGPU, you can take the cheaper solution E3-1231V3 + H97 motherboard. It is a very nice alternative.
E3-1231 is for home usage basically an i7 4790 but without the iGPU.
GTX980 is good but not really among the best price/performance GPUs available today. GTX970 and GTX980Ti are the better valued, each on their own price range.

Wow that is so cheap! Does this have enough storage for games and such? Also I'm really interested in the case Razer designed would Razer's case work?

Should I bump up to the GTX980Ti?

I think I might go with this build!
