Looking for a 150$~180$ GPU

I want to run on dual monitors. I also want it to run games such as LoL, Wow, warframe, archage on fairly high settings. I currently have 1920x1080 60 hz monitor. Also, I stream my games on twitch. My budget is around 150$~180$. I know that I have to upgrade my PSU so if you could recommend one that would be great. It would be on a seperate budget on about 50$~70$. There will be no OC, SLI, or crossfire. It would be great if I could order it on Newegg

With the 960 expected to drop this month, we are gonna see another GFX card shakup and prices on everything else will again tumble. Until that time, I'd hate to recommend a PSU as the best buy each weeks changes based upon whether EVGA and Seasonic are doing discounts that week.
