Looking for a $1500 dollar X99 build.

Hello everybody,
I am looking for a $1500 dollar X99 build.
I want an i7 5820k and a good graphics card like a GTX 970 or a GTX 980.
Would love it if you could squeeze in 16 GB of RAM. Also, please make it as cheap as possible.
$1500 is the max i can go up to but $1200 or $1300 is the sweet spot.
Also i will need a Keyboard and a Monitor.No OS. Would love it if you could make it Red themed or White themed.

Video Editing and Rendering, Gaming, Live Streaming, Game Development and Modding/ Making Mods and the ability to upgrade to 6960x or 6930k. Forgot to mention could you fit an atleast a 120 gb SSD in this, 240 Gb is preferable.And also a decent PSU and Mobo pls i have seen so many online builds skimp on these two parts.
