Looking for a 23" 1080p monitor for <$200

Hi all,

Looking for a 23" monitor that I'll be using for gaming, web design and photo editing. Right now just looking for a more affordable TN monitor, but I would like to get a second monitor(an IPS) in the future for a dual-monitor setup.

Right now, I'm looking at the Asus VH242H 23.6-Inch Widescreen LCD Monitor

The asus is right at $200. Is there another monitor that I could get that for less, but with the same performance?

After some more research, I've decided to look for a IPS monitor first, as I"ll need that for the photo editing and web design.
