looking for a 23" gaming monitor

Hey guys, I was wondering if you can help me to choose a good gaming monitor. I want to change mine because it's 6 years old and has some problems. I'm also getting a gtx 970 for christmas.
I'm looking for a gaming monitor that is not bigger than 23". The budget is 200 euros.
My pc's specs:
Asrock z77 extreme 4
i5 3570k
8 GB ram
Windows 8.1 Pro

I've seen this monitor that looks interesting:
Asus VX238H

Is it any good? Feel free to suggest others monitors too

I know it's a little late now, but there were some great monitors on sale on newegg for very cheep. I got a: SAMSUNG S23C350H (Link here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824001799) for only 99 bucks. It went back up to 189, but the monitor seems to be pretty sweet so far.

Preferably amazon. Are you sure about the IPS panels? I've heard they're not recommended for gaming due to their high response time.

They work great for gaming. Response time won't be an issue.
