You are looking for good stable power, but not a high-performance system (a small tractor, not a small race-car) so a Gold or Platinum PSU from even Tier 4, but preferably Tier 3 would do. The usual high-performance capacitors required for gaming use are not needed.

If you are in the USA, the difference between bronze and titanium will not really cost very much at all at low power levels (less than a light bulb)

Seasonic makes a good 300W TFX PSU, if it will work for you.

So will this power supply run well 24/7, and will my power bill suffer more than using a gold rated psu such as this?

Yes. The Bronze/Gold rating is for efficiency. The EVGA is an 80Plus, so is guaranteed to provide 80% efficiency at any load. In your case, you would be about 50% load, 200W from a 430W PSU and 80% efficiency means that to get your 200W, the PSU will draw 250W from the wall (Wasting 50W, a small light bulb)

The Gold rated PSU has an efficiency of 90% at 50% load. Your 200W would be a little bit bigger because it is a 350W PSU, so that PSU would draw about 225W from the wall. The difference between the two PSUs is about 25 W in saving, so about 600W/hrs per day.

So the gold one would save money on electric bill, but which will last longer running 24/7?
