Looking for a 4th gen motherboard for my Corei5 4440 processor

I recently got Corei5 4440 3.1 ghz processor & I've GIGABYTE GA-H81M-DS2 motherboard for it in mind , the price of this mobo is 60dollars, If yall have a better mobo in mind for the same price suggest it to me I plan on using the parts (hardware) that I used with my Core2Quad Q8400 , My casing is Corsair carbide 200R with four 120mm fans ,I got 8gb (2x4gb) ddr3 Corsair value ram @ 1333mhz , 500gb wd caiver black sata ii 7200rpm hdd , Creative sound blaster sb live 24bit! 7.1 sound card, Nvidia gt 440 , Samsung dvd writer 24x, Zumax 450watts psu & I know I'll need to reinstall the Windows after I replace the motherboard

The i5 4440 supports h81,h87,h97,b85 chipset boards among them the cheapest one is the H81 board.

I just figured that GIGABYTE GA-H81M-DS2 doesn't have a PCI slot so I can't use my addon sound card although the built in audio on this board is 5.1 but addon cards are always better & what about Asus H81m-C it's about the same price as the Gigabyte board & Asus H81m-C has a PCI slot

The gigabyte one has PCI slot i can see that on the picture any ways the asus one is also good.
