Looking for a $500 build for video editing

So, I have a budget of $500 and would like to keep it closer to the $400 range as possible. It's more than okay if your recommendations are unable to cooperate with that. I have a Roxio Game Capture HD Pro to record my PS4 and would like to be able to record and pump out videos. I would also like to be able to play a game every now and again on High. Something like BF4, or Battlefront. I know I'm asking allot out of this small build, but I am new to this sort of thing and have absolutely no clue what it is I am doing. For now, use the onboard graphics. Add a GPU down the road when you can afford one. Maybe the GTX 950 or R7 370...
