Looking for a $600 desktop after tax that can run csgo

Im looking for a gaming pc $600 after tax(Canadian) to run games like csgo,league of legends and minecraft. Also looking for a decent monitor around $100.

I would build a pc but I don't know how I've watched tons of videos and I just dont understand it.

First, how old are you (if 12+ I'm sure you can build a PC)

Second, you don't need a $600 PC to run such low-demanding games.
