That is my current choice, is there any better system for cheaper or the same price? I'm just looking for something to browse the internet with and to play games with, no specific details.

Not looking to build a computer, btw.

This one performs the same but is cheaper. (the graphics card is a bit worse but since you will not be gaming, you won't need it)

The quad core is great for multitasking. if you don't multitask (a whole bunch of windows open or tabs. on my quad core I often have 10-20 internet tabs open) then go for a cheaper system with a dual core. Like this one:

If you want it to keep it for a while (3 or more years) I would go for the quad core.
