I've been looking around the internet and found a decent build by a youtuber looks like he knows his stuff.

There he is. Here is a list of parts from the video description.
Intel Core i5-3470 Processor: http://goo.gl/vGTMQ

MSI B75MA-P45 Motherboard: http://goo.gl/B0J8g

XFX Radeon HD 7870 Graphics Card: http://goo.gl/j3P3g

8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 RAM: http://goo.gl/l2SxW

1TB Western Digital Caviar Black Hard Drive: http://goo.gl/stXpE

NZXT Source 220 Case: http://goo.gl/WdXKl Out of stock? Try this: http://goo.gl/7mQmT

500W Corsair CX500 Power Supply: http://goo.gl/fnlR9
Now, I'm hoping that the price will drop to around 600$ around Christmas time, which is when I will be getting this PC. It can run Bioshock Infinite, Battlefield 3, And Far Cry 3 on Ultra, and Crysis 3 on High, all at good FPS. I'm not advertising, this is where I'd like to ask those professionals out there, can I get this for cheaper, possibly by switching out some parts, while still getting the same performance rate? If so, what will this price be around Christmas time? Thanks, DragonFlagon

If you're not planning to build until Christmas come back then and spend a bit more time researching parts. We'll see entirely new CPUs and motherboards by then as well as the Radeon 8XXX series will (hopefully) start trickling out. The NVIDIA 7XX series won't be out until next summer but it's just Keppler 2.0.

Alright. Thanks guys. Again, this stuff adds to around 750, but I need it to around 600-500. That's not even mentioning Cyber Monday though, right?
