I have been looking at the CiT Vantage White case for my future build. But reading reviews, it is quite cheap and doesn't have very good cable management. Can anyone recommend a case that has the USB ports and power switch on the top and can fit a GeForce GTX 650 TI Boost (I don't know the length of it)

The Fractal Design Define R4 is a very minimalistic case with top buttons. It comes in black, silver, and white and you can have a window or no window.
The Thermaltake Urban S31 has front buttons but doesn't look too "extreme" compared to other cases out there. I'll post links below

Thermaltake S31: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133225
R4 Silver w/Window: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352023
R4 Black w/o Window: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352020

Remember the R4 comes in black, silver, and white so you can pick your favorite color.

It's not a problem, here are three cases you might like, my personal favorite is probably the Corsair 200R. They always make good quality cases with great cable management. I'm not aware of cases with top buttons at that price range though, it's sort of uncommon to find them with top buttons at any price range. Hope this helps though.

CM Elite 334U: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Coolermaster-Elite-334U-Tower-Case/dp/B005Q8TYBC/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1383228551&sr=8-4&keywords=computer+case

Update: wouldn't recommend that CM Elite case because it looks like it has very bad cable management.
