i am looking for a decent Audio Interface for my headphones as the on board audio is trash,
could someone recommend me one, also a decent pair of headphone.

What are you currently working with? Depending on what you have the community can provide a step up from what you already have. It'd also be a good idea to pass on a budget for your headphone's + audio interface. A new suggestion for headphone's, in analog version, Kingston Hyper X Cloud (I) and if you're going for USB powered then you can look into the HyperX Cloud II by Kingston as well though your audio interface may not support usb input. That being said you may want to look into the Yamaha AG03

If you're looking for a DAC, then you can look into the Nuforce uDAC3.
