Hi, I've recently got my athlon 64 x2 5200+ stable at 3324.9mhz, but I feel like I can push it a little further with better airflow.
Current heatsink:

Came with the silencio fp120 pwm, but can accept a 120 or 140mm fan. I'm really not too concerned about the noise(as long as I'm not breaking into 60dba), I understand that comes with the territory of more air.
I also plan on switching the cpu out for a 95w phenomii x4 955 in the future, and I figure better airflow now, will help when that happens.
